| 目的 探讨彩超引导介入治疗早期输卵管妊娠的临床价值。方法 彩超引导经阴道对输卵管妊娠囊或滋养层穿刺并注入氨甲蝶呤(MTX)。结果 诊断符合率41例,符合率97.6%(41/42),误诊1例,占2.4%(1/42)。确诊的41例早期输卵管妊娠中孕囊型26例,心管搏动型14例,流产型1例,穿刺注药成功率为100%(41/41),治愈率为95.2%(40/42)。结论 超声引导介入治疗早期输卵管妊娠具有操作简便、安全、有效、无创伤性,局部用药浓度高、副作用小、费用少并取代了外科手术干预等优点,值得推广应用。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical value of involved treatment of early stage fallopian tube pregnancy under color ultrasonic guidance. Methods We punctured fallopian tube pregnancy sac or nutritional layer and injected methot rexate (MTX) into them under color ultrasonic guidance through vagina. Results Forty-one cases had been decidedly diagnosed with the exception of only one (the accuracy rate:97.6% or 41/42). Of the 41 cases,26 were type of early stage fallopian tube pregnancy sac; 14, type of heart vascular beat; and one, type of abortion. The success rate of puncture and injection was 100% ( 41/41) and the cure rate was 95.2% (40/42). Conclusion Involved treatment of early stage fallopian tube pregnancy under ultrasonic guidance has such advantagements as easy operation, safety, efficiency, no trauma, high concentration of local medication, little side effects and less expense, and replacement of surgical procedure. Therefore this method is worth of recommending and using. |
