      目的 运用质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)研究年龄对正常人基底节区脑组织代谢物浓度的影响。方法 对40例健康人进行1H-MRS检测,对比分析NAA/Cr和Cho/Cr比值。结果 随着年龄的增长,在≤50岁年龄段基底节区的NAA/Cr和Cho/Cr比值无明显改变,但在>50岁年龄段基底节区的NAA/Cr比值逐渐降低、Cho/Cr比值逐渐增高。结论 1H-MRS是一种无创技术,可以为正常人基底节区与年龄相关的代谢物浓度的改变提供有价值的信息。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of age on basal ganglia metabolite concentrations in normal human using proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-MRS). Methods 1H-MRS was carried out in 40 healthy volunteers. The metabolite ratios of NAA/Cr and Cho/Cr were compared and analysed. Results No significant age-associated changes in the basal ganglia NAA/Cr and Cho/Cr ratios were observed under 50 age groups. However, the basal ganglia NAA/Cr ratios were decreased gradually with age and Cho/Cr ratios were increased gradually with age over 50 age groups. Conclusion 1H-MRS is a noninvasive technique that can provide useful information concerning the age-associated changes of the basal ganglia metabolite concentrations in normal human.
