| 目的 探讨平阳霉素碘油乳剂(PLE)在肝海绵状血管瘤(CHL)介入治疗中的临床价值。方法 28例肝CHL,经肝动脉的PLE治疗,观察治疗前后肿瘤大小,碘油沉积情况,临床症状及并发症。结果 PLE治疗后,肿瘤直径明显缩小,碘油沉积良好,临床症状缓解,无严重并发症。结论 PLE经肝动脉介入治疗CHL是安全有效的方法。 |

| Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of pingyangmycin-lipiodol emulsion (PLE) embolization to treat cavernous hemangioma of liver (CHL).Methods Twenty-eight patients with CHL were embolized by intra-arterial PLE. The changes of tumor diameter were measured and compared before and after the embolization. The relative clinical symptoms and complications were observed.Results The tumor diameter significantly decreased after PLE embolization. The relative clinical symptoms were significantly released. No severe complications happened.Conclusion PLE intra-hepatic-arterial embolization is a effective and safe method for treating CHL. |
