| 目的 探讨术中超声在神经外科手术中的应用价值。方法 通过对32例神经外科患者的研究,评价术中超声检查在病灶的定位,肿瘤边界的确定,监测术后有无肿瘤残余等方面的应用价值。结果 术中超声对颅内病灶的发现率达到了100%。术中超声能准确地判断病灶的边缘。在术后对残余肿瘤的监测方面,超声具有一定的应用价值。结论 术中超声的应用,将大大缩短手术时间,减少不必要的正常脑组织损伤,因此具有很大的实用价值。 |

| Objective To evaluate the value of intraoperative ultrasound in neurosurgery.Methods There were thirty-two patients underwent neurosurgery in this study. The intraoperative ultrasound in detecting,locating and monitoring remaining of the tumor during neurosurgery was discussed.Results All tumors were detected by ultrasound in neurosurgical operation. Boundaries of the tumors were displayed clearly. After operation,ultrasound was also useful in detecting remaining of the tumors.Conclusion With intraoperative ultrasound,we may shorten operation time,reduce damage of the normal brain tissue,which is very helpful in neurosurgery. |
