| 目的 分析脑内和脑外海绵状血管瘤的临床和影像学特点。方法 收集45例颅内海绵状血管瘤的临床和影像学资料进行分析,其中37例经病理证实。全部病例中脑内型海绵状血管瘤39例,脑外型6例。结果 脑内和脑外海绵状血管瘤在发生部位,大小及形态,临床症状,影像学表现及外科处理特点上有很多不同之处。结论 认识脑内和脑外海绵状血管瘤在临床和影像学特点上的这些不同,有助于临床诊断和治疗。 |

| Objective To analyze the clinical and imaging features of intracerebral and extracerebral cavernous angioma.Methods The clinical and imaging data of 45 cases of intracranial cavernous angioma were collected and studied,37 cases were confirmed by pathology. Among the cases,39 were intracerebral cavernous angioma and 6 were extracerebral cavernous angioma.Results Intracerebral and extracerebral cavernous angiomas were very different in their location,size,clinical symptom,imaging features and surgical treatment.Conclusion It is helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of cavernous angioma by realizing the difference of clinical and imaging features between intracerebral and extracerebral cavernous angioma. |
