| 目的 探讨眼眶外壁蝶骨大翼扁平肥厚型脑膜瘤的影像学表现特征及其影像学价值。方法 回顾性分析资料完整的10例眼眶蝶骨大翼扁平肥厚型脑膜瘤,其中9例行CT检查,10例行MRI检查。结果 CT 及MRI最常见的表现为蝶骨大翼增厚伴有软组织肿块,增强后均可见中等到明显强化。结论 CT可清楚显示蝶骨大翼骨质改变,MRI显示软组织清晰,并准确判断病变的范围,两者结合在本病的诊断、治疗及随访中起重要作用。 |

| Objective To evaluate the imaging features and their values of orbital en plaque meningiomas.Methods CT and MRI findings in 10 patients with orbital en plaque meningioma were retrospectively analyzed.CT was performed in 9 cases,and MRI was performed in 10 cases.Results On CT and MRI,the most frequent findings were hyperostotic changes of great wings of the sphenoid bone accompanied by soft tissue masses.On enhanced CT and MRI,the lesions showed moderate to marked enhancement.Conclusion CT can clearly demonstrate the bony hyperostotic changes,which is helpful in making diagnosis.MRI can reveal the soft tissue masses and the adjacent involvement.Combination of CT and MRI is of great value in the diagnosis,treatment and follow-up of orbital en plaque meningiomas. |
