| 目的 分析鼻咽部非霍奇金淋巴瘤的CT表现并探讨其影像特征及鉴别诊断。方法 回顾性分析14例经病理证实累及鼻咽部的非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)的CT及临床资料。结果 病变表现为单侧或双侧肿块或对称性黏膜软组织增厚,均伴不同程度慢性鼻窦炎。大多数病例咽缝间隙清晰(n=13),仅2例有颅骨破坏。鼻咽部局限性病变5例(局部肿块3例,肿块充填鼻咽腔2例);鼻腔鼻咽腔同时受累9例,其中以鼻腔病变为主5例,向后累及鼻咽腔前部,伴鼻前庭皮肤增厚1例。结论 NHL在鼻咽部的CT表现有一定特征,病变常呈多部位受累对称性分布,鼻部受累者可伴有皮肤的改变。病变局限者需与鼻咽癌等肿瘤鉴别。CT可显示病变范围。 |

| Objective To analyze the CT findings of the non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) in nasopharynx and to evaluate its CT characters and differentiate diagnosis.Methods The CT manifestations and clinical findings of 14 cases of non-Hodgkin lymphoma located in or infiltrated into nasopharynx confirmed by histo-pathology were analysed retrospectively.Results All cases showed symmetrically or asymmetrically mucosa thickening or mass with chronic paranasal sinusitis.Nasopharyngeal raphe was clear in most cases (n=13).Skull bone destruction was seen only in 2 cases.The lesions located in nasopharynx in 5 cases,including masses (n=3) and obliteration of the cavity (n=2); Both nasal and nasopharyngeal cavities were affected in 9 cases.Conclusion CT findings of nasopharyngeal NHL are relatively characteristic with multi-central symmetrical mass.Local form NHL should be differentiated from nasopharyngeal carcinoma and other neoplasms.CT can clearly demonstrate extent of the lesion. |
