| 目的 分析鼻腔常见肿瘤的CT表现,了解其诊断及鉴别诊断要点。方法 分析经病理证实的鼻腔肿瘤43例,内翻乳头状瘤12例(其中恶变2例),非霍奇金淋巴瘤12例,鼻腔癌19例。结果 12例内翻乳头状瘤均为单侧病变,12例肿物均位于鼻腔外侧壁,10例良性内翻乳头状瘤中,肿物主要位于鼻腔中后部9例(90％),10例(100%)边界清晰,无明显外侵征象,密度均匀8例。12例淋巴瘤中,单侧病变10例(83.3%),9例(75％)位于鼻腔前部,9 例(75%)侵犯鼻翼、颜面部皮肤,6例(50％)皮下脂肪层消失,骨质侵蚀变薄3例。鼻腔癌19例,单侧病变13 例(68.4％),形态不规则、明显外侵18 例(94.7％),溶骨性破坏15 例(78.4 ％)。结论 鼻腔内翻乳头状瘤、淋巴瘤、鼻腔癌有不同的影像特点,CT扫描有助于诊断及鉴别鼻腔各种常见肿瘤。 |

| Objective To assess the CT manifestations of the tumors in nasal cavity and understand the key point of the diagnosis and differential diagnosis between benign and malignant tumor of nasal cavity.Methods CT findings of the nasal cavity tumor confirmed by pathology in 43 cases were reviewed retrospectively,including inverted papilloma (12 cases,2 cases had malignant transformation),non-Hodgkin lymphoma (12 cases) and cancer (19 cases).Results Twelve cases of the inverted papilloma were unilateral lesions,all located in the lateral nasal wall.Of the 10 benign inverted papillomas,the tumors of 9 cases (90%) located in middle-posterior portion of the nasal cavity,10 cases (100%) had clear rim,8 masses (80%) were homogeneous.Of 12 cases of NHL,10(83.3%) were unilateral lesions,9 (75%) located in the anterior portion of the nasal cavity,9 (75%) involved the skin of the external noses with disappearance of the subcutaneous fat in 6 cases (50%),the adjacent bone was absorbed in 3.Of the 19 cancers of nasal cavity,13 cases (68.4%) were unilateral lesions,the tumors were irregular in shape with adjacent structures invasion in 18 (94.7%),the adjacent bone destruction in 18 (94.7%).Conclusion There are different CT characteristics among the inverted papilloma,lymphoma and cancer in the nasal cavity, CT scan is helpful to diagnose and differential diagnose in the tumors of nasal cavity. |
