| 目的 探讨螺旋CT扫描对慢性鼻窦炎分型和分期的应用价值。方法 采用小林春美分型标准、Friedman分期标准和Lund得分对195例慢性鼻窦炎患者的螺旋CT扫描结果进行评价。结果 通过对螺旋CT扫描结果术前分期、分型及结果定量分析表明,Friedman分期与Lund评分有良好一致性。结论 应用螺旋CT扫描对慢性鼻窦炎患者术前分期、分型及定量分析,有利于选择术式及彻底清除病变。 |

| Objective To evaluate the practical value of spiral CT scanning in the determination of types and stages of chronic sinusitis.Methods The data obtained through spiral CT scanning were evaluated by the Harubi Kobayashi standards,the Friedman's stages and the Lund's grades for chronic sinusitis of 195 cases of clinically and pathologically proved.Results After analysis of clinical data by stages and types and quantitative analysis of the data of spiral CT scanning,it was suggested that the Friedman's stages were consistent with the Lund's grades.Conclusion Spiral CT scanning is of great value in the determination of types and stages of chronic sinusitis before operation,in the selection of surgical procedures. |
