| 目的 探讨鼓室硬化的HRCT表现,并评价其诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析27例(共29耳)经临床证实的鼓室硬化患者,均经HRCT检查。结果 病变累及鼓膜19耳,均表现鼓膜增厚,其中出现钙化12耳,呈条状9耳,点状3耳。鼓膜内陷9耳。病变位于鼓室内28耳,表现为钙化及软组织影共存23耳,软组织影4耳,仅为钙化影1耳。软组织影按形态分为条索状3耳,斑片状24耳,钙化影按其形态分为点状10耳,筛网状6耳,团块状8耳。硬化斑块包埋听骨链20耳。粘连锤骨7耳,砧骨6耳,镫骨2耳。硬化斑块与听小骨关系不密切2耳。累及鼓膜张肌腱1耳。结论 HRCT可以准确地显示鼓膜和鼓室内硬化斑块及其并发改变,对其临床诊断及治疗具有指导意义。 |

| Objective To evaluate high-resolution CT (HRCT) features of tympanosclerosis.Methods HRCT findings in twenty-seven patients (29 ears) with tympanosclerosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results Tympanic membranes were involved by tympanosclerosis plaque in ninteen ears showing tympanic membrane thicking,in which nine were accompanied by tympanic membrane compression and twelve were accompanied by calcification.Both soft tissue masses and calcification within tympanic cavity were found in twenty-three ears,soft tissue masses in four ears and calcification in one ear.Tympanosclerosis plaque that embraced auditory ossicles was found in 29 ears,adhered with malleuses in seven ears,with incuses in six ears and with stapeses in two ears.Tensor tympani was involved in one ear.Conclusion HRCT can clearly demonstrate tympanosclerosis plaque on tympanic membranes and/or within tympanic cavity and associated diseases which may contribute to diagnosis. |
