| 干燥综合征(Sjgren's syndrome,SS)是一种慢性全身性自身免疫性疾病,常以口腔干燥症、干燥性角膜炎及结膜炎为特征,而腮腺造影是诊断SS的常用影像学诊断方法。笔者综述了SS的腮腺造影表现、病理学基础以及腮腺造影对SS的诊断价值。传统腮腺造影在我国仍是诊断SS的首选影像学检查方法。末梢导管扩张是诊断SS的重要征象,是当前研究的焦点和重点,以末梢导管的扩张作为标准进行诊断试验,腮腺造影对于诊断SS有很高的价值。目前存在的问题主要是:①正常与SS的具体排空时间;②主导管病变与年龄的相关性。改变单纯应用末梢导管扩张进行诊断试验,可能会提高腮腺造影对SS的诊断价值。对于腮腺造影的排空时间还需要造影后的长时间追踪观察。而主导管的改变与年龄的关系则需要大样本的统计研究。 |

| Sjgren's syndrome (SS) is a chronic systemic autoimmune diseases with characteristics of oral cavity xerosis and keratoconjunctivitis sicca. Parotid sialography is commonly used in diagnosing SS. This article is to summarize the appearance on parotid sialography and pathology of SS. The value of parotid sialography in diagnosing SS is discussed. In our country,the conventional parotid sialography is still considered as the first imaging examination in diagnosing SS. Sialectasis is the significant symptom in diagnosing SS,which is emphasis in present research. Parotid sialography is very valuable in diagnosing SS since sialectasis is used as a standard test. Now there are two main problem: ①The concrete emptying time in healthy people and patients with SS;②The correlation between the pathological change of parotid canula and age. The value of parotid sialography in the diagnosis of SS may be improved by using the sialectasis alone. It is time consuming to track and observe emptying time in parotid sialography. The relationship between the pathological change of parotid canuia and age needs further study in a large group of population. |
