目的 建立稳定的犬额叶脑出血模型。方法 健康家犬20只,采用新鲜自体动脉血3 ml立体定向一次性缓慢匀速注入左/右额叶皮层,并利用CT、MRI和神经功能缺损评分对模型进行评价。结果 自体血立体定向脑内注入法建立的脑出血模型,术后3 h CT显示血肿大小为(2.78±0.42) ml,MRI能清晰显示血肿及周边组织的病理改变,术后第1~10天Purdy PD评分为(8.12±1.37)~(3.26±1.43)。结论 自体血立体定向脑内注入法建立的犬额叶脑出血模型稳定、可靠,其中注血部位、注血量、注血速度以及注血方式是影响模型成功与否的关键所在。 |

Objective To establish a stable model of intracerebral hemorrhage in the frontal lobes of dog. Methods Twenty healthy dogs were slowly injected 3 ml blood into their left/right frontal lobes. CT,MRI and neurological deficit score were used to evaluating the effectiveness of models. Results The models of intracerebral hemorrhage were set up in the way of injecting fresh self-blood into the frontal lobes. The average volume of hematoma were (2.78±0.42) ml on CT. The pathological changes of hematoma and adjacent tissues were clearly showed on MRI. 1-10 days after operation,neurological deficit score (Purdy PD) were (8.12±1.37)-(3.26±1.43). Conclusion Injecting fresh self-blood into the frontal lobes was very stable and reliable. The successful keys of setting up model were the region,volume,speed and way of injection. |
