目的 研究椎动脉螺旋CT血管造影的最佳增强时相,准确触发CT增强扫描,提高椎动脉三维显示率。方法 87例椎动脉CTA检查,由足背静脉团注350 mgI/ml的Omnipaque造影剂后,应用SmartPrep软件实时监控,当感兴趣区造影剂浓度达阈值后触发增强扫描序列完成数据采集,经图像重组和三维重建显示椎动脉。结果 87例椎动脉CTA的增强时相均处于最佳和较佳的扫描时期内,增强扫描的实际启动时间为15~43 s不等,个体差异明显,而动脉期靶血管浓度均持续>100 Hu。结论 利用SmartPrep软件实时监控造影剂浓度并及时触发增强扫描技术不受个体差异因素的影响,(尤其是足背静脉注射途径影响因素颇多),不需做预扫描测量相关时间-浓度曲线即可保证正确实施增强扫描。 |

Objective To study the optimal enhancement phase of spiral CT angiography (CTA) of vertbral artery, to find the exact trigger time for CT contrast scan and improve the rate of 3D-CT display. Methods Eighty-seven cases of vertebral artery CTA were performed with the application of SmartPrep software to control the scan at real time after 100 ml of contrast medium (350 mgI/ml Omnipaque) quickly injected by foot back vein. While the concentration of contrast in regions of interest reach to the threshold, the scanning were triggered to start collecting data, and three dimension reconstruction of CTA was performed. Results All 87 cases of vertbral artery CTA had got a optimal or fine enhancement scanning phase. The triggering time of enhancement scanning were from 15 to 43 seconds because individual difference. On the arterial phase the concentration of target vessel hold above 100 Hu in all cases. Conclusion The SmartPrep software could trigger the scan at a real time without the influence from individual difference,even injected by foot back vein. It can exactly carry out enhancement scanning and needn't prescan to measure the correlation curve of time and concentration. |
