      本文详细讨论了两种基于数据统计的时间簇分析(TCA)方法,该方法将连续采集的多幅功能核磁共振数据一次性整体处理,其中OTCA统计像素中最大值的个数,MTCA统计的是像素中所有最大值的灰度累加和,两种方法均可有效地计算得出脑功能活动发生变化的起始时间和持续时间,该方法具有算法简洁、易于实现、计算量小、计算结果物理意义明显等特点。此外,本文在分析、讨论两种TCA算法局限性、给出算法提出者的实验结果的同时,还给出了本文作者的实验结果,实验效果明显。

      Two types of time cluster analysis methods used in fMRI data processing are discussed in this paper, these methods handle all the collected data as a whole in one time, OTCA method is based on number of pixels reaching their extremes at each time point and MTCA is based on the sum of intensity values of pixels reaching their extremes. In a word, the two methods all can detect the responses of brain after the stimulation, and the results almost were same (the peaks appeared almost at the same time and last same time), that showed the two methods are all effective in detecting when the response occurred and how long it lasted. The two methods are all simple, easily to implement, and the quantity of computation is low, the result's meaning is clarify. The limitations of the two methods are also talked over in this paper, and the experimental results of both the method's provider and the authors are given at the same time.
