| 目的 评价静脉尿路造影(IVU)、CT与B超对输尿管囊肿的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析25例输尿管囊肿的IVU、CT及B超检查资料。25例均行IVU、B超检查,4例行CT检查。结果 全部病例均经手术病理证实。左侧10例,右侧7例,双侧8例。IVU显示膀胱内边界清晰的充盈缺损7例,17例呈"眼镜蛇头"征,诊断正确率为96%(24/25)。B超显示囊肿呈类圆形无回声暗区21例,形态可随排尿而改变,诊断正确率为92%(23/25)。结论 IVU结合超声检查诊断输尿管囊肿可靠性高,二者相互补充,可对此病做出准确诊断。 |

| Objective To evaluate the value of intravenous urography (IVU), CT and ultrasonography in diagnosing the ureterocele. Methods The IVU, CT and ultrasound data of 25 cases of ureterocele were retrospectively analyzed (11 male, 14 female, age ranged from 5 to 69 years). Results All patients were proved by operation and pathology. 10 cases were with left ureterocele, 7 cases with right ureterocele, 8 cases bilateral ureterocele. The IVU demonstrated intrabladder filling defect in 7 cases, "cobra head sign" in 17 cases, the accuracy rate of diagnosis was 96% (24/25). The ultrasonic features were round like echo free area in 21 cases, the shape changed with urination, the correct rate of diagnosis was 94% (23/25). Conclusion IVU combined with ultrasonography could improve the dependability of diagnosing ureterocele. |
