| 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在颈动脉体瘤中的应用价值,分析超声仪器及超声医生经验与诊断的相关性。方法 总结21例手术后病理证实的颈动脉体瘤患者的超声表现,用SPSS 10.0统计学软件分析超声仪器及超声医生经验与诊断的相关性。结果 颈动脉体瘤表现为颈动脉分叉处低回声肿物,边界清晰有包膜,常包绕颈内、外动脉及颈内静脉等周围血管。颈内、外动脉受挤压可使两血管之间角度增大出现"金杯"征,肿瘤内部血流信号非常丰富。结论 超声医生的经验及彩色多普勒超声仪器可显著提高诊断水平。 |

| Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound applied in carotid body tumors. Analyze how the different doctors and apparatus affect the diagnosis. Methods Twenty patients with 21 carotid body tumors were investigated with ultrasonography, all the tumors were confirmed by pathological results from followed operation. Among all the patients, 8 patients diagnosed by grayscale ultrasound, 13 patients diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound. The diagnosis were made by different experienced doctors. We summarized the ultrasound characteristics of carotid body tumor and analyze the possible affecting factors with SPSS 10.0 statistic software. Results All carotid body tumors presented in B-mode sonography was solid, well defined, and hypoechoic tumors. Color Doppler ultrasound imaging revealed hypervascularity in 7 tumors. Carotid body tumors showed a splaying of the carotid bifurcation with displacement of the external carotid anteriorly and both the internal carotid and the internal jugular vein posteriorly. Conclusion Experienced doctor and color Doppler ultrasound improved the diagnosis greatly and the color Doppler ultrasound should be the first imaging modality for screening carotid body tumor. |
