| 目的 通过观察食管癌及其周围结构浸润的MR表现并与手术、病理结果进行比较,来了解MR对食管癌手术切除可行性的评价作用。 方法 124例经吞钡透视检查诊断为食管癌的病人进行MR检查,包括平扫、动态增强扫描及延迟扫描,观察食管癌的MR表现及其对主动脉、气管及心包压迫、黏连及浸润的MR表现,并与手术进行比较。 结果 MR显示主动脉受压3例,黏连24例,侵犯5例;气管受压7例,黏连21例,侵犯26例;心包黏连5例,侵犯10例;MR诊断主动脉受侵犯的敏感性、特异性、诊断符合率为100%、100%、100%,气管受侵犯的敏感性、特异性及诊断符合率分别为100%、97.0%及97.5%,心包受侵犯的敏感性、特异性及诊断符合率也为100%、100%、100%。 结论 MR能很好地显示食管癌病变及其与周围结构的关系,术前常规检查能对选择手术治疗方式起较大指导作用。 |

| Objective To evaluate the value of MR examination in the resected feasibility of esophageal carcinoma. Methods All 124 patients with esophageal carcinoma examined by MR, including representation and relation to around tissues were observed. Results Of them, aortic arteries suppressed, conglutinated and affected were 3 cases, 24 cases and 5 cases respectively; tracheas suppressed, conglutinated and affected were 7 cases, 21 cases and 26 cases respectively; pericardium conglutinated and affected were 5 cases, 10 cases respectively; the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy rate of aortic artery were 100%, 100% and 100% respectively; the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy rate of trachea were 100%, 97.0% and 97.5% respectively; the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy rate of pericardium were 100%, 100% and 100% respectively. Conclusion It is fine for MR examination to reveal esophageal carcinoma and the relation to around tissues, and for MR examination to be a routine examination before operation. |
