| 目的 比较螺旋CT工作站电影回放(CT Cine)与传统胶片阅片法对胃癌淋巴结检出能力的差异,探讨应用影像诊断工作站提高胃癌淋巴结检出能力的图像阅读方法。 方法 分析比较胶片阅片法和诊断工作站CT Cine法对37例胃癌淋巴结的检出情况,应用SPSS 10.0统计软件卡方检验进行统计学分析。 结果 胶片阅片法和诊断工作站CT Cine法胃癌淋巴结检出能力存在显著差异(χ2=161,P<0.001),应用诊断工作站CT Cine法明显优于于胶片阅片法,其中对5 mm以下小淋巴结检出能力的提高尤为显著(χ2=25.49,P<0.001)。 结论 应用影像诊断工作站CT Cine法阅片,适当的调节窗宽窗位和建立合理的读片顺序,显著提高了CT对胃癌淋巴结的检出能力。 |

| Objective To compare the difference between CT Cine and film-based viewing in the detection of lymph nodes in patients with gastric cancer, and investigate a viewing method to increase the detection rate of lymph nodes using diagnostic workstation. Methods CT studies of 37 patients with gastric cancer were interpreted with CT Cine and film-based viewing respectively. The difference of detection rate was compared and analyzed by means of χ2-test using SPSS software. Results The detection rate of lymph nodes using CT Cine was higher than that of film-based viewing with statistically significant difference (χ2=161,P<0.001)in patients with gastric cancer. The difference was more prominent in the case of lymph nodes under 5 mm (χ2=25.49,P<0.001). Conclusion Using the diagnostic workstation, CT Cine, which is manipulated with appropriate adjustment of window width/level and rational viewing orders, can increase the detection rate of lymph nodes in patients with gastric cancer dramatically. |
