| 目的 探讨乳腺后间隙与注射式隆乳并发症的关系。方法 用超声观察和测量正常女性的乳腺后间隙,将注射式隆乳后患者的超声检查、手术和病理资料进行相关的分析,以明确产生并发症的原因。结果 注射层次的错误和渗漏将导致并发症的出现。结论 超声是验证注射式隆乳是否成功的首选检查方法,乳腺后间隙的厚度和完整性与是否出现并发症密切相关,注射式隆乳的安全性值得探讨。 |

| Objective To evaluate the relationships between retromammary space and complications of augmentation mammaplasty with injection. Methods In order to definite the reasons of the complications, retromammary space of normal female were observed and measured. The ultrasonic, surgical and pathological data were analyzed. Results Mistake and leakage of injecting level would lead to the complications. Conclusion Ultrasound is a preferred method to evaluate effects of augmentation mammaplasty with injection. The wide and integrality of retromammary space correlate with complications. |
