      目的 探讨利用高分辨率CT(HRCT)扫描来评价肺老化进程的可能性。方法 对54例正常志愿者(年龄19~84岁)的右肺在深吸气末与深呼气末进行上、中、下三个固定层面HRCT扫描。并对其CT值、层面面积变化率、空气滞留区及肺内微小结构改变进行观察,分析其是否随年龄变化。结果 呼气相平均CT值与吸气相平均CT值的差值随年龄增长其变化具有显著性差异(P=0.045)。结论 HRCT能够提供肺老化的某些信息,可以做为肺老化的评价手段之一。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the possibility of the process of lung aging by high resolution computed tomography (HRCT). Methods 54 normal volunteers (age ranging from 19 to 84 years)were performed HRCT examination. HRCT scans were focused on the upper, mid and low parts of right lungs with the individuals holding breath in deep inspiration and deep expiration, respectively. All of the images were analyzed and compared among groups, including CT value of lungs, the variation ratios of measured lung areas between scans (inspiration and expiration), area of air trapping and the tiny lesions in lungs between different groups. Results The difference of attenuation between scans (inspiration and expiration) were significantly different with aging (P=0.045). Conclusion HRCT may show some imaging characteristic of lung aging and be a good tool for the evaluation of lung aging.
