      目的 通过试验测试,设计制作出与标准固体体模等效的QCT骨密度测量液体体模。并对体模完成合格性测试。方法 利用CT扫描机及测量软件,对采用不同浓度溶液制成的液体体模和采用羟磷灰石制作的固体体模进行对比,获得合适的配比,制作成等效的液体体模。然后进行均匀性,线性,重复精度和准确性检测。结果 两种测量体模的各项指标基本相同。结论 本项目设计制作的液体体模与固体体模是等效的。能够同样应用于QCT骨密度测量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To develop the Liquid phantom used to measure bone mineral content in QCT and has equivalent effectiveness with solid phantom made of Hydroxyapatite.Methods To get CT image by scanning both the liguid phantom and the standard solid phantom.To get correct prescription for making the phantom by calculation and experiment.To validate the equivalency between two phantoms,repetitious measurements were done with different scan parameters.The property of uniformity,linearity,repetitive precision and accuracy were analysed statistically.Results There is no significant difference between two phantoms.Conclusion The experiment confirmed the equivalence between two phantoms.They can be used equally in QCT bone mineral densitometry.
