      目的 应用超声多普勒技术探讨一氧化氮、内皮素与血流剪切率在颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成中的作用。方法 将80例高血压患者按颈动脉是否存在粥样斑块分为斑块组和无斑块组。生化测定NO、ET及TC、TG、HDL、LDL水平,计算最大剪切率。结果 斑块组患者的年龄、颈动脉内径明显高于无斑块组,峰值流速及最大剪切率均低于无斑块组。斑块组颈动脉内中膜厚度与ET呈正相关(r= 0.54),与NO呈负相关(r=-0.56)。结论 ET上升,NO下降促使颈动脉内中膜厚度增加,最大剪切率减低及年龄的升高是颈动脉粥样斑块形成的重要危险因素。
英文摘要:
      Objective To determine the effect of shear rate,NO and ET on atherosclerosis in carotid artery.Methods 80 patients with the hypertension were classified as carotid artery plaque (CAP) and non-carotid artery plaque (non-CAP).Biochemical parameters such as NO,ET,TC,TG,HDL,LDL were measured.The diameter and maximal velocity were measured,and maximal shear rate (SR) calculated.Results The average age of patients and diameters of the CAP were older and larger than those of non-CAP, with maximal velocity and SR lower in CAP than in non-CAP.There was a significant correlation between intima-media thickness (IMT) and ET,NO (r=0.54,r=-0.56 respectively).Conclusion Higher ET and lower NO can make IMT thicker,while older age and lower SR are associated with carotid atherosclerosis.
