目的 探讨声学密度定量技术(AD)在胸主动脉粥样硬化斑块声学组织定征中的应用价值。方法 应用经食管超声对43例冠心病患者的胸主动脉管壁及粥样斑块进行检测,观察管壁二维超声改变,测量组织的声学密度值。结果 胸主动脉正常内膜声学密度值为(38.5±7.4) dB,脂质斑块为(37.0±3.2) dB,纤维斑块为(40.7±6.9)dB,钙化斑块为(54.3±4.2) dB,主动脉夹层内的机化血栓为(29.4±7.1) dB。结论 声学密度定量技术可以实时定量区分不同性质的胸主动脉粥样硬化斑块,为临床诊断和治疗提供客观依据。 |

Objective To assess the value of acoustic densitometry technique (AD) in tissue characterization of normal thoracic artery and atherosclerotic plaque.Methods In 43 patients with coronary artery disease,the normal arterial wall and different types of thoracic atherosclerotic plaques were detected by transesophageal echocardiography with AD technique.Results The AD value of the thoracic artery were (38.5±7.4) dB in the normal intima,(37.0±3.2) dB in the fatty site of plaque,(40.7±6.9) dB in the fibrous plaque,(54.3±4.2) dB in the calcified plaque and (29.4±7.1) dB in the thrombosis.There were significant differences among different types of atherosclerotic plaques.Conclusion AD technique provides an objective on-line method of assessment of tissue characterization of the thoracic atherosclerotic plaque. |
