| 目的 了解海洛因依赖者的甲状腺超声和甲状腺功能相关性。方法 对53例海洛因依赖者甲状腺进行超声观测,并对甲状腺功能的五项指标检测。结果 左、右甲状腺平均大小分别为4.47 cm×1.26 cm、4.71 cm×1.29 cm;甲状腺狭部平均厚度为0.33 cm。甲状腺回声减低均匀者44人;不均匀者9人,其中甲状腺腺瘤6人。彩色血流丰富,以蓝色为主,呈条状;多普勒频谱与正常人相同,甲状腺上、下动脉平均最大流速、平均流速、RI分别为28 cm/s、21.5 cm/s、11.25 cm/s、9.9 cm/s、0.6、0.54。五项功能指标平均分别是,T3 0.68 μg/L,T4 11.31 μg/dL,TSH 0.73 mIU/L,FT3 3.73 pmol/L,FT4 11.10 pmol/L。结论 海洛因依赖者甲状腺各径线较正常甲状腺缩小,回声减低,甲状腺功能减低。 |

| Objective To evaluate drug addicts' thyroid gland by B-ultrasound and thyroid function.Methods Fifty-three drug addicts' thyroid glands were measured by B-ultrasound.Five function indexes were measured by nuclear medicine.Results The average size of thyroid gland was 4.47 cm×1.26 cm(left),4.71 cm×1.29 cm (right), respectively.The average thickness of the isthmus of thyroid was 0.33 cm.Among the drug addicts' thyroid gland,homogeneous echoes were seen in 44 cases,heterogeneous echoes were seen in 9 cases.Thyroid adenoma was in 6 cases.The blood flow was plentiful.Doppler frequency spectrum of the addicts was the same as that of the normal subjects.The maximum flow rate, average flow rate and RI of the thyroid gland upper and lower artery were 28 cm/s and 21.5 cm/s, 11.25 cm/s and 9.9 cm/s,0.6 and 0.54, respectively.The average values of the five function indexes were T3 0.68 μg/L,T4 11.31 μg/dL,TSH 0.73 mIU/L,FT3 3.73 pmol/L,FT4 11.10 pmol/L,respectively.Conclusion The drug addicts' thyroid gland was small in size compared with the normal thyroid gland.Homogeneous echoes held 83 per cent of the total cases. |
