| 目的 探讨HRCT和MRI在颈静脉鼓室球瘤诊断中的价值。方法 回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的颈静脉鼓室球瘤26例。结果 26例颈静脉鼓室球瘤中,颈静脉球瘤 21例,鼓室球瘤5例(其中鼓岬呈扇形改变者3例),CT平扫等密度22例,混合密度4例。MRI T1加权像为中等及混杂信号,T2加权像表现为特征性的"盐和胡椒"征 者80%(4/5),1例鼓室球瘤在T1加权像为等信号,T2加权像为高信号,信号强度均匀。CT和MRI增强扫描均呈显著异常对比增强。结论 HRCT和MRI 对颈静脉鼓室球瘤可在早期做出定位和定性诊断,是检查颈静脉鼓室球瘤的首选方法。 |

| Objective To assess the diagnostic value of HRCT and MRI in jugulotympanic glomus tumors.Methods HRCT and MRI findings in 26 cases of jugulotympanic glomus tumors proved by surgery and pathology were reviewed.Results Of the 26 cases with jugulotympanic glomus tumors,21 glomus jugulare tumors and 5 glomus tympanicum tumors (including 3 cases of fan-shaped tumors on tympanic promontory) were detected.Isodensity in 22 cases and mixed density in 4 cases were demonstrated on non-enhanced CT scans.Iso- or mixed signal intensity was revealed on T1WI,and characteristic "salt and pepper" sign was showed on T2WI in 4 of 5 cases.Homogeneous isointensity on T1WI and hyperintensity on T2WI was demonstrated on the glomus tympanicum in one case.Marked enhancement was showed after the administration of contrast medium.Conclusion With HRCT and MRI,jugulotympanic glomus tumors can be accurately diagnosed with exact location at an early stage.Thus,they are the best method of choices in diagnosing the jugulotympanic glomus tumors. |
