| 目的 通过对本组胃癌患者应用多层螺旋CT进行前瞻性研究,旨在提高多层螺旋CT在胃癌诊治中的价值。方法 通过对40例胃癌病人的MSCT轴位图像和重建的SSD、4-D、MIP及仿真内镜图像进行观察分析,分别对各病例进行诊断及术前评估并与其相应的胃肠钡餐及胃镜结果进行对比。结果 所有病人的诊断符合率为100%,TNM分期的准确性为90.00%,其仿真内镜结果与胃镜结果基本吻合。结论 多层螺旋CT在胃癌的诊治中具有独特的优越性 |

| Objective To improve the importance of multi-slice CT in the diagnosis and treatment of the gastric cancer. Methods Forty patients with histologically and endoscopically proven gastric cancer underwent multi-slice CT scans in prone position, with drug-induced hypotonia and air filling stomach. Two radiologists analyzed all imagings of the 40 patients, including: all axial imagings and all reconstruction imagings and diagnosed. Results MSCT correctly detected all tumours.The veracity of TNM is 90.00%. Conclusion MSCT is recommended for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer. |
