| 目的 了解高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗胰腺癌的疗效和安全性。方法 应用FEP-BY01型HIFU肿瘤治疗机治疗胰腺癌16例。结果 经HIFU治疗后83%(10/12)患者疼痛症状缓解,9例治疗后肿瘤组织超声回声出现增强,肿块缩小率为18%(3/16)。治疗期间,除有5例出现程度不同的腹痛、腹泻、食欲减退等症状外,未发生严重的并发症。结论 HIFU可作为胰腺癌的一种有效的局部治疗方法。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) for treatment of pancreatic carcinoma. Methods Sixteen cases of pancreatic carcinoma were treated by FEP-BY01 pyrotherapier(HIFU). Results After treatment of HIFU, cancer pain was relieved in 83% of patients, 9 cases of pancreatic carcinoma ultrasound echo of carcinoma tissue was enhanced, the lesions became smaller in 18%. There were no severe complications happened during the treatment for all patients. Conclusion HIFU is effective and safety as a new local treatment for patients with pancreatic carcinoma. |
