| 目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒能量显像(TV-CDE)在卵巢小肿块(直径≤3cm)诊断的应用。方法 105例由TV-CDE诊断的卵巢小肿块患者,其中包括67例非赘生性肿块(长期随访证实),38例赘生性肿块(经手术病理证实,良性肿瘤31例,恶性肿瘤7例)。结果 卵巢非赘生性小肿块及良性小肿瘤以周边血流或隔上血流为主,呈条状或星点状;卵巢恶性小肿瘤以实质或乳头上血流为主,呈网状或树枝状。结论 TV-CDE能完整、清晰地显示卵巢恶性小肿瘤的内部血管树(网),为卵巢小肿块良恶性鉴别诊断提供了新的途径。 |

| Objective [WTBZ]To evaluate the application of transvaginal color Doppler energy imaging in diagnosing small ovarian tumors. Methods One hundred and five patients with small ovarian masses, including 67 patients with non-neoplastic mass of ovarian, 31 patients with benign tumor and 7 patients with malignant tumor, underwent transvaginal color Doppler energy imaging.Results Blood flow in pericyst or septa was detected in the non-neoplastic masses of ovarium and benign tumor,while blood flow in parenchyma or in papilae components was found in the malignant ovarian tumor.Conclusion TV-CDE can fully and clearly show the blood tree of the tumor, so it seems to be a reliable method in distinguishing small malignant tumors from benign ones. |
