目的 对比研究手描法和声学定量技术对二维超声心动图左室短轴不同切面的面积变化分数。方法 用手动轨迹球法和声学定量技术对30例二维超声心动图不同左室短轴切面的面积变化分数进行比较研究。结果 左室功能正常者,左室不同短轴切面的面积变化分数相近,两法测量的面积变化分数相关良好。结论 声学定量技术和手描法测得的不同左室短轴切面的面积变化分数有很好的相关性。 |

Objective To compare the fractional area change (FAC) of acoustic quantification techniques of left ventricles (AQ) with manual method. Methods Thirty patients were selected randomly, the FAC in different cross-sectional levels of short axis of left ventricular cavity was measured with the AQ and manual method. Results Whether the manual methods or AQ technology in each cross-sectional level was chosen, FAC was the same in various short axis of normal left ventricles. Conclusion The FAC measured with AQ techniques and manual method had no difference. The FAC could be gotten by AQ techniques or manual method. |
