      目的 检测诊断超声不同频率,相同时间照射后对早孕小鼠胚胎组织细胞凋亡影响的差别。方法 应用频率3.5MHz和频率6.5MHz的探头固定持续照射孕鼠腹部,不同频率的照射组又分为0min组,5min组,15min组,30min组,24小时后取出标本,琼脂糖凝胶电泳观察不同频率照射后DNA片段情况。结果 频率为3.5MHz探头照射组,均出现凋亡梯形,且随时间的延长,梯形越明显;频率为6.5MHz照射组,15min照射组开始出现凋亡梯形,30min照射组凋亡梯形更趋明显。结论 不同频率诊断超声持续照射小鼠胚胎可引起不同程度的胚胎组织细胞凋亡,预测使用经阴道高频超声探头检查在诊断中相对更安全。
英文摘要:
      Objective To observe the effect of mouse embryo cell apoptosis induced by variant diagnostic dose of color Doppler ultrasound.Methods Early pregnant mice were irradiated with variant diagnostic dose of color Doppler ultrasound (3.5MHz, 6.5MHz) and the Apoptic Ladder was detected with Agarose Gel Electrophoresis.Results Apoptic ladders were resulted in the 3.5MHz transducer group, as well as the ladder was clearer according to the treated time. Moreover in the 6.5MHz transducer group, apoptic ladder was detectable after 15min and more significant in 30min treated with ultrasound.Conclusion Continuous irradiation by variant diagnostic dose of color Doppler ultrasound may result in mouse embryos cells apoptosis in different degree. Frequency of 6.5MHz may more safety than 3.5MHz.
