      目的 评价两种造影图像测量校准技术在动脉导管未闭(PDA)介入治疗中的应用价值。方法 使用体外标尺校准和导管校准两种方法对87例行PDA介入治疗患者进行测量,对比两种方法的效果。结果 所有病例用体外标尺校准的方法测量的结果比较精确,用导管校准方法测量时,当用影像增强器为小视野时结果也比较精确,而影像增强器为大视野时误差较大。结论 体外标尺校准的精确度较高,是比较好的方法。在没有安放体外标尺的情况下,导管校准也是一种可以参考的方法。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluation the value of two calibration methods of angiography image measurement in the interventional treatment of patent ductus arterious (PDA). Methods PDA angiography images of 87 cases had been measured with both catheter calibration and outside body ruler calibration technology. The results of two different calibration methods were analysed comparatively. Results The measurement results of outside body ruler calibration were of high accuracy. Using the catheter calibration, the accuracy of measurement results were also acceptable with small image iIntensifier size, but unacceptable with large image intensifier size for the deviation.Conclusion Outside body ruler calibration is a nice method because of its high accuracy. When outside body ruler has not been put, measurement results of catheter calibration can also be used as reference.
