目的 本研究旨在设计用于腹部SPECT与CT图像刚性配准的外基准标记支架,并以此实现SPECT/CT基于外标记的图像融合。方法 设计N字型支架,开发基于外标记的交互性通用图像融合软件,并对外标记物和正常志愿者的肝脏SPECT/CT横断面图像进行配准及融合验证。结果 N字型外标记支架物易于固定,SPECT/CT显像过程中外标记点的相对位置不变;应用该标记支架及以此为基准开发的图像融合软件,在PC机上实现了肝脏的SPECT/CT图像融合。结论 我们自行设计的适于胸腹部SPECT/CT图像配准的N字型外标记物支架,易于固定,适于不同模态腹部横断面图像的配准融合。 |

Objective To design abdominal external fiducial marker frame for SPECT/CT rigid image registration and to complete image fusion. Methods N-shaped external marker frames were designed. To empolder interactive general software of image fusion that was based on external marker, besides registering and fusing validating the external marker frame and hepatic SPECT/CT transection of health volunteer. Results The N -shaped external marker frame could be easily fixed to the body, and the relative position of external marker point maintains in the same station during the different scaning procedure by SPECT/CT. With combination of marker frame and the image fusion software based on that, the hepatic SPECT/CT image fusion was accomplished on a low cost PC. Conclusion The N-shaped external marker frame suited to the image fusion software of abdominal SPECT/CT we designed could be easily fixed to the body, which was qualified to multi-modal abdominal transection image fusion. |
