| 目的 评估99Tcm-DTPA肾动态显像及肾小球滤过率(GFR)测定(下文简称定量DTPA显像)在恶性肾肿瘤的诊断和治疗方面的临床价值。方法 96例肾恶性肿瘤患者行术前定量DTPA显像,术后定期随访肾功能的变化及肿瘤复发情况。结果 恶性肾肿瘤在DTPA显像中的表现具有多样性;分肾GFR值与术后肾功能相符。结论 DTPA显像虽然在肾肿瘤的诊断方面的作用不及B超和CT,但对决定手术方案、预测术后肾功能和监测残余肾功能等方面均有重要价值。 |

| Objective To evaluate 99Tcm-DTPA dynamic renal imaging in malignant kidney tumors clinically.Methods Renal imaging was employed in 96 patients with malignant kidney tumors before operation and glomerular filtration rate(GFR) was calculated. All of the patients were routinely followed up in outpatient department on renal function and recurrence of the tumor.Results The patterns of the tumors varied especially in perfusion phase, and GFR calculated by the imaging was corresponded with the renal function after operation.Conclusion Though it has less value in diagnosing or differential diagnosing compared with CT or B ultrasound, It shows essential for the renal imaging in choosing the proper therapy, predicting renal function after operation and monitoring residual renal function with conservative operation. |
