| 目的 评价MRI诊断盘状半月板的应用价值。方法 对经关节镜和手术证实为盘状半月板的46例患者的MRI图像进行分析,对冠状位半月板测量。结果 均为外侧半月板。矢状位,半月板前、后角相连均超过三个层面;冠状位,半月板最窄处宽度超过15mm。结论 MRI矢、冠状位可准确的诊断盘状半月板。 |

| Objective To evaluate the usefulness of MRI in the diagnosis of disk meniscus. Methods Images in 46 cases with disc meniscus, confirmed by arthroscope and surgical operation, were analyzed and the meniscuses were measured on coronal images. Results All disk meniscuses were lateral meniscus. On sagittal plane, anterior and posterior horns were continuous and could be seen within 3 planes, while on coronal plane, the thinnest section of meniscus was over 15 mm. Conclusion Sagittal and coronal MRI can be used for the accurate diagnosis of disk meniscus. |
