| 目的 探讨磁共振专用注射器的使用操作及护理。方法 本组共172例,年龄15~70岁,平均43.8 岁,使用美国 Medrad-Spectris 磁共振增强扫描专用注射器和GD-DTPA造影剂,规范操作规程。结果 本组一次成功165例,不同原因失败7例,扫描过程及24h内167例无任何异常,5例出现各种不适。结论 磁共振专用注射器推注造影剂配合磁共振增强扫描是准确、安全、可靠的。规范操作,熟练掌握机器性能,提高护理质量是检查成功的关键。 |

| Objective To investigate the operation and nursing in using the MR mechanical injector.Methods One hundred and seventy-two cases were studied.Patients ranged in age from 15 to 70 years (mean,43.8 year).According to the rules of operation,GD-DTPA was injected into all patients with a Medrad-Spectris injector.Results Of all 172 cases,165 studies were successful,7 were failure for different reasons.Five patients were indisposed.Conclusion Enhanced MR imaging with mechanical injector and GD-DTPA is accurate,safe and reliable.Standardizing operation,being skilled at performance and improving nursing quality are the key to the successful studies. |
