| 目的 提高TACE治疗肝癌的疗效。方法 回顾分析49例(52枚病灶)肝癌,经TACE术后碘油不完全聚积的CT、DSA影像资料。结果 碘油用量不足4例,占7.6%;动-静脉瘘5例,占9.6%;非肝动脉供血43例,占82.3%。结论 非肝动脉向肝癌供血是TACE术后碘油不完全聚积的主要原因,积极通过非肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗肝癌,能进一步提高肝癌的疗效。 |

| Objective To improve therapeutical effects on liver cancer by TACE.Methods Reviewing and analysing the CT and DSA images of 49 patients (52 foci) of liver cancer with lipiodol incompletely accumulated after TACE.Results Four cases (7.6%) were deficiency of lipiodol,5 cases (9.6%) were arteriovenous fistula,43 cases (82.3%) were non-liver artery blood-supplying.Conclusion The primary reason of lipiodol incompetely accumulated in liver cancer after TACE is non-liver artery supplying blood for liver cancer.It can improve therapeutical effects on liver cancer by chemoembolization in non-liver artery. |
