| 目的 探讨卵泡膜细胞瘤、纤维瘤与浆膜下子宫肌瘤的MR表现特点。方法 43例病人均经病理证实,其中卵泡膜细胞瘤3例、卵巢纤维瘤8例、子宫浆膜下肌瘤32例。对其MR平扫及动态增强表现进行分析。结果 年龄22~63岁,卵泡膜细胞瘤、纤维瘤组3例为T2WI等信号,余皆为低信号,增强呈早期轻中度强化,延迟期消退缓慢。子宫肌瘤组4例T2WI等信号,1例红色变性者高信号,余皆为低信号,增强扫描早期呈中高度强化,两组强化曲线形态不同,统计学有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论 卵泡膜细胞瘤、纤维瘤和浆膜下子宫肌瘤MR平扫多表现为T2WI等低信号,体积较大伴有变性囊变者,有时平扫诊断有困难,动态增强扫描强化方式不同,有助鉴别。 |

| Objective To evaluate MR feature of subserosal uterine leiomyoma,ovarian thecoma and fibroma.Methods MR findings of 43 patients with histologically proven subserosal uterine leiomyoma,ovarian thecoma and fibroma were analyzed.The study population included 32 cases of leiomyoma,3 cases of thecoma and 8 cases of fibroma.Results On T2-weighted images 1 leiomyoma was hyperintense,4 leiomyomas,1 fibroma and 2 thecomas were isointense;and the other lesions showed hypointense.After Gadolinium was infused,leiomyomas showed early enhancement,while delay enhancement was found in fibromas and thecomas (P<0.001).Conclusion Dynamic gadiolum-enhanced MR imaging can provide beneficial information for differentiating subserosal leiomyoma from ovarian thecoma and fibroma. |
