| 目的 探讨超声内镜在诊断胆胰疾病中的价值。方法 采用Pentax公司的FG-36UX型上消化道线阵型超声内镜对1999年-2002年经临床怀疑为胆系结石、胰腺炎及十二指肠乳头癌的21名住院患者进行检查,并与腹部超声、CT的结果和手术结果进行对比分析。结果 21例病人中有15例EUS检查符合手术结果,符合率为71.4%;而B超只有6例符合,符合率仅有28.5%;7例病人给予CT检查,符合手术结果者5例,符合率为57.1%。结论 超声内镜在诊断胆胰疾病中有较高的价值。 |

| Objective To study the diagnostic value of EUS for the bile and pancreatic diseases.Methods EUS was performed in 21 in-patients between 1999-2002 who had clinic symptoms of bile-pancreatic diseases and were suspected to have biliary calculus,pancreatitis or papilla carcinoma.Results According to the surgical intervention,the rate of coincidence was 71.4% in EUS (15 cases in the 21 cases),57.1% in CT and only 28.5% in abdominal ultrasound.Conclusion EUS has a high clinical value in diagnosing the bile and pancreatic diseases. |
