| 目的
探讨彩色多普勒超声对输尿管囊肿的应用价值。方法 对16例输尿管
囊肿的二维灰阶超声及彩色多普勒血流显像表现进行了回顾性分析。结果 二维灰阶超声可直接显示囊肿的部位、形态、大小及其变化;彩色多普勒血流显像显示喷尿的尿流束由囊肿向膀胱喷射时较为明显,表现为细而色艳的彩色流束,而由输尿管向囊肿内喷射时流束则粗而色暗。结论 彩色多普勒超声能提高诊断输尿管囊肿的准确率,可做为本病的首选检查方法。 |

| Objective
To discuss the diagnostic value of CDFI for u
reter cyst.Methods The imaging findings of 16 cases of ureter
cyst in 2-D ultrasound and CDFI were analyzed retrospectively.Results2-D ultrasound could reveal the site,status,size an
d the changes of the ureter cyst directly.CDFI showed that when urine sprung from ureter cyst to bladder,the
urine beam appeared thin and in light orange color.However,from ureter to cyst,the urine beam appeared thick and in dark red.Conclusion CDFI can improve the diagnostic accuracy of ureter cyst,and can be regarded as the firstchoice method to diagnose the disease. |
