      笔者主要从数字人体遗传算法的基本概念、数字人体遗传算法的实现方法与模式定理和积木假说等,联系SARS疫情实际进行了介绍。数字人体的遗传算法是一种群体型操作,该操作以群体中的所有个体为对象。遗传算法包括选择、交换和突变三种遗传操作,为数字人体和SARS病变机理与疫情研究提供了理论基础。
英文摘要:
      The authors have had an introduction, through linking with SARS epidemic disease, mainly from the basic concepts,the achieveing methods,the scheme theorem and building block hypothesis of genetic arithmetic of digital human body,and so on.Genetic arithmetic of digital human body is a kind of group type operation.The operation makes all of individuals as objects.The genetic arithmetic of digital human body includes three kinds of genetic operation,i.e.,selection,exchange and catastrophe.It provided a theoretical basis for studying of digital human body and SARS pathological changes mechanism.
