| 目的 探讨严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)的肺部影像学表现。方法 复习20例SARS病人X线胸片及其中2例CT的影像特点。结果 影像显示肺实质磨玻璃片状影19例(95％),网格状影1例(5％),普通胸片正常2例于CT检查发现片状影。结论 普通X线片可作为SARS首诊影像检查手段,CT是早期诊断SARS最佳的影像检查手段。 |

| Purpose To evaluate pulmonary findings of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).Methods Reviewing the feature of 20 chest X-ray films and 2 CT films among the 20 patients with SARS.Results There were 19 cases (95%) in ground-glass opacities and one (5%) in thread net on the image of lung.Conclusion CT is the best method in imaging diagnosis of SARS in early stage. |
