      目的 提高基于Delta-sigma模数变换器的数字波束合成时图像的侧向分辨率。方法 用预先设定的变迹数据存储单元取代波束合成时的加法器。不对Δ-Σ量化的输出乘以变迹系数后求和,而是作为变迹数据存储单元的地址输入,变迹数据存储单元的输出即为变迹后合成的波束。结果 仿真表明此方法能够实现接收变迹,提高图像的侧向分辨率。结论 此方法能够降低相控阵前端的成本、体积和功耗,适用于低功耗的手持式超声扫描仪和阵元数非常庞大的高端系统。
英文摘要:
      Objective To improve the lateral resolution of ultrasonic imaging system using Delta-sigma conversion based beamformer. Methods The multipliers and adders used in weighting (apodization) summation were replaced by a RAM. The output of single bit Delta-sigma conversion of each channel was used as the address of the RAM. The output of the RAM was weighting summation of the address inputs. Results Simulated and experimental study showed that the method could realize receive apodization and improve the lateral resolution of image. Conclusion The method presented in this paper can reduce the overall cost, size, and power consumption of digital multi-channel front-end, and has the potential to be used in low-power handheld scanners or high-end systems with very large channel count arrays.
