      目的 探讨ALS病人大脑皮层运动区神经元和皮层下运动纤维是否受损,1H-MRS技术是否适用于监测ALS病情。方法 ALS组为30例ALS病人,对照组为10例健康人,测定大脑皮层运动区的NAA、Cho、Cr。结果 ALS病例组中NAA/Cr显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Cho/Cr 显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 NAA/Cr下降和Cho/Cr升高,提示ALS病人大脑皮层运动区存在神经元破坏和皮层下运动鞋纤维鞘膜功能的异常。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate neuronal dysfunction in the motor cortex and the motor region subcortical white matter in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) using proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-MRS), and to prove that 1H-MRS is suited to monitor the course of disease. Methods We studied 30 patients with ALS whose conditions were diagnosed according to the EL Escorial World Federation of Neurology Criteria. The control group included 10 healthy volunteers. 1H-MRS determined levels of the primary motor cortex metabolites NAA, Cho and Cr. Results Patients with ALS showed a significant reduction in the NAA/Creatine (P<0.05) metabolite ratios and significantly elevated Choline/Creatine (P<0.01) ratios compared with the controls. Conclusion The observed decrease of NAA/Cr in the primary motor cortices of patients with ALS reflects neuronal loss or dysfunction. The elevation of Cho/Cr may be related to membrane disorders.
