| 目的 探讨经阴道超声检查在子宫肌腺病诊断中的应用价值。方法 50例子宫肌腺病患者行经腹超声(TAS)检查,23例行经阴道超声(TVS)及彩色多普勒能量图(CDE)检查,其中50例加行血CA125检查。TAS及TVS两组对照并与手术及病理诊断对照分析。结果 TVS组与病理诊断符合20例,TAS组与病理诊断符合23例,两者敏感性分别为86.9%,46%,特异性分别为92.9%,95.6%。31例血CA125＞35IU/ml,占63%。结论 经阴道超声检查是诊断子宫肌腺病的主要依据之一,联合血CA125检查可提高子宫肌腺病的诊断率。彩色多普勒能量图的诊断价值有待进一步探讨。 |

| Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of transvaginal sonography (TVS) for adenomyosis.Methods Fifty patients with adnomyosis underwent transabdominal sonography (TAS), 23 underwent TVS and color Doppler energy (CDE). TAS and TVS results were compared and analyzed with the surgery and pathology diagnosis. Results Twenty patients' TVS and 23 patients' TAS diagnosis matched the pathology. The diagnostic sensitivity for the two methods was 86.9%, 46%, and the specificity was 97.4% and 96.3% respectively. Thirty-one patients' CA125 were >35IU/ml.Conclusion TVS is one of the major evidence for adenomyosis diagnosis. Multiple methods and synthetically analysis can increase the accurate diagnosis for adenomyosis. The diagnostic value of color Dopplor energy needs to be further investigated. |
