| 目的 探讨甘露醇在肠道CT检查中的应用价值。方法 对53例疑肠道疾病患者进行CT检查,将使用的对比剂随机分为两组,阳性对比剂组17例,甘露醇加阳性对比剂组36例,观察其结果并分析。结果 除1例盲肠充盈欠佳外,余病例肠腔充盈满意,对病变的显示、衬托满意。阳性对比剂组与甘露醇加阳性对比剂组在检出病变方面的差异具有显著性意义(χ2=5.74,P<0.05),在肠腔充盈方面两者差异有极显著性意义(χ2=25.28,P<0.01),甘露醇加阳性对比剂效果更好。结论 口服甘露醇在肠道CT检查中具有重要的应用价值,能明显提高病变的检出率。 |

| Objective To study the value of mannitol in the bowel CT. Methods Fifty-three cases were randomly divided into two groups according to the oral constrast media administered: No.1 positive contrast media (n=17), No.2 positive mannitol contrast media (n=36). Results Only one case didn't receive satisfactory result in filling cecum,all the other cases received satisfactory results in filling the bowels and in demonstrating the bowel lesions. The detectability of bowel lesions with positive contrast was significantly lower than that with positive mannitol contrast media (χ2=5.74, P<0.05). The capability of filling the bowels with positive mannitol contrast media was better than that with positive contrast media (χ2=25.28, P<0.01). Conclusion It is very important to take mannitol in the bowel CT examination. Mannitol obviously increases the detectability of bowel lesions. |
