      目的 探讨应用多层螺旋CT显示肺疾病所致支气管动脉改变及其与疾病的关系。方法 对71例病例行多层螺旋CT薄层增强扫描,检测各病例支气管动脉。结果 71例病例中两侧支气管动脉均显示53例,两侧均未显示8例。只显示一侧支气管动脉10例。左、右支总体显示率分别为83.10%和80.28%。一侧同时显示2支支气管动脉者,左侧13例,右侧12例,1例左侧同时显示3支支气管动脉。全部资料中右侧支气管动脉共显示69支,左侧支气管动脉共显示74支。肺癌组、支扩组与其他各组支气管动脉内径均具有差异性(P<0.05)。右肺癌时右侧支气管动脉内径比左侧粗,有统计学意义(t=2.8855,P<0.05);左肺癌时左侧支气管动脉内径比右侧粗,有统计学意义(t=4.3600,P<0.05)。结论 肺癌、支扩时支气管动脉均有一定程度扩张。肺癌病例的支气管动脉内径与病灶、淋巴结血供呈正相关。

      Objective To investigate enhanced MSCT scanning in detecting the change of bronchial arteries in lung disease. Methods Seventy-one cases were examined with thin-slice enhanced MSCT. The diameter of the bronchial arteries were measured. Results In 71 cases, the left and right bronchial arteries were both undetected in 8 cases, both detected in 53 cases, detected one side in 10 cases; the left artery detective rate was 83.10%, while the right side was 80.28%. In 13 cases, 2 bronchial arteries were detected on left side, while in 12 cases detected on right side; only one case in which 3 arteries were detected on left side. Altogether, 69 right bronchial arteries and 74 left bronchial arteries were demonstrated with MSCT. There was obvious statistic difference (P<0.05) in the diameter of bronchial artery between lung cancer group and the other groups such as pulmonary embolism, pulmonary inflammation and bronchoectasis group; the same as bronchoectasis group compared with other group (P<0.05), while there was no statistic difference (P>0.05) between inflammation and embolism. The inner bronchial artery diameter of the same side with cancer foci was larger than the other side without cancer (P<0.05). The enhancement degree of cancer foci and metastatic node was positively correlated with both side inner diameter of bronchial arteries. Conclusion Bronchial artery enlarged differently in the cases of lung cancer, bronchoectasis, pulmonary embolism and inflammation cases. The detection rate of bronchial arteries in cancer and bronchoectasis group are significantly different from other groups. The inner diameter of bronchial artery is positively related with the blood supply of cancer foci and metastatic lymph node in lung cancer cases.
