| 目的 探讨周围型小肺癌肿瘤边缘的HRCT 表现特征。方法 对40例直径＜3cm的周围型肺癌进行了HRCT扫描,重点分析肿瘤边缘CT表现。结果 本组40例中,肿瘤边缘不光滑34例,分叶征35例,毛刺征22例,小棘状突起35例,胸膜凹陷征31例,血管集束征29例,锯齿征12例,胸膜受侵8例。结论 上述征象集中发生或大部发生对周围型小肺癌具有定性价值。 |

| Objective To study the HRCT features of small peripheral bronchogenic carcinoma margin. Methods Forty cases of peripheral bronchogenic carcinoma less than 3cm in diameter with HRCT scaning were emphatically analyzed the CT findings of tumor margin. Results There were the following CT findings: tumor margin rough (34 cases), lobalated (35 cases), spiculated (22 cases), little spinous process (35 cases), pleural indentation sign (31 cases), convergence sign of pulmonary vessels (29 cases), serrated sign (12 cases), pleural involvement (8 cases). Conclusion These signs occurred concentrately or mostly are useful for the diagnosis of nature in peripheral bronchogenic carcinoma. |
