      目的 探讨电化学疗法(ECHT)对大鼠种植型肝癌的治疗效果。 方法 制作大鼠肝癌动物模型,应用电化学疗法进行治疗,1周后影像学、病理光镜观察肿瘤大小、坏死、凋亡变化,与对照组比较,并观察生存期的长短。 结果 电化学治疗前,大鼠肝肿瘤平均体积为(100±6)mm3,电化学治疗后1周,大鼠肝肿瘤平均体积为(125±10)mm3,而荷瘤对照组肝肿瘤平均体积为(190±11)mm3;治疗组肿瘤生长率为25%,而荷瘤对照组肝肿瘤生长率为90%,P<0.05。治疗组病理光镜下肿瘤明显坏死,并可诱发细胞凋亡;生存期明显延长。 结论 电化学疗法可明显抑制肿瘤生长,促进肿瘤坏死,诱发细胞凋亡,延长大鼠生存期。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the effects of ECHT on rats with implanted liver tumor. Methods Immediate cancerous ascite injection method was used to make rat liver tumor model, then rat liver tumors were treated with ECHT. Tumor size, necrosis and apotosis were observed one week after ECHT by imaging and pathology method. The results were compared with those of control group. The living times were observed also. Results Before ECHT,mean rat liver tumor volume was (100±6)mm3.One week after ECHT,mean tumor volume in ECHT group (125±10)mm3 was significantly smaller than that of control group (190±11)mm3. Tumor growth rate in ECHT group (25%) was significantly lower than that of control group(90%), P<0.05. Necrosis, apotosis and survival time in ECHT group increased significantly than those of control group. Conclusion The growth of rat liver tumor is suppressed and the survival time is prolonged significantly by ECHT.
