| 目的 总结139例心脏黏液瘤的超声心动图特征。 方法 利用二维超声(2DE)、彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)、频谱多普勒观查黏液瘤的数目、位置、大小、形状、瘤蒂情况、表面特征、回声、瓣膜梗阻/返流、心脏继发改变，并与手术结果对比。 结果 超声心动图共检出左房黏液瘤110例、右房黏液瘤16例、双房黏液瘤5例、右室黏液瘤5例、左室黏液瘤3例，与手术结果对照：除1例右房内瘤体漏诊、4例左房内无蒂瘤体于术中发现均有狭窄短蒂连于房壁外，余结果均诊断正确。 结论 超声心动图对心脏黏液瘤具有很高的诊断价值，是诊断本病的首选方法。 |

| Objective Between July 1984 and December 2000,139 patients underwent operation for cardiac myxomas. The echocardiography characteristics of cardiac myxomas were reviewed. Methods With two dimensional echocardiography,CDFI and Doppler,the number,position,size,shape,attachment,mobility,surface characteristic,intracardiac obstruction and hemodynamic effects of the cardiac myxoma were carefully evaluated and compared with the results in operations. Results All of the cardiac myxomas were detected by echocardiography,110 in left atrium,16 in right atrium,5 in bilateral atrium,5 in right ventricular and 3 in left ventricular.Compared with the results of operation,all the cardial myxomas but one in right atriun which was missed and four in left atrium with marrow stalks which were described sessile preoperatively,were diagnosed by echocardiography correctly. Conclusion Echocardiography has high value on diagnosing cardiac myxomas,it is the method of choice to diagnose cardiac myxoma. |
