目的 探讨Functool对于fMRI数据后处理的作用及与AFNI处理结果进行比较。方法 对6例正常志愿者进行了计算任务、视空间任务和记忆任务的fMRI实验,分别以Functool和AFNI做后处理并对结果进行比较。结果 Functool对计算任务、视空间任务的激活区显示较好,与AFNI的符合程度较高。而对于记忆任务,Functool显示的激活区较AFNI少。结论 Functool可用于组块设计的fMRI实验数据的后处理分析,所得结果比较准确可靠。 |

Purpose To evaluate the role of Functool in the postprocessing of the fMRI data and compare with AFNI. Methods Calculation tests,visualspatial tests and memory tests were block designed and conducted in 6 normal subjects.The fMRI data was postprocessed using Functool and AFNI respectively. Results The activated regions of the calculation tests and visualspatial tests were revealed well with Functool and they were consistent with AFNI.But Functool detected less activated regions than AFNI in the memory tests. Conclusion Functool is reliable in the postprocessing of the block-designed fMRI data. |
